- Open the password reset email and choosereset your password.

If the 6 character code doesn't work, here are some things you can try:
- Open a private or incognito browser window and go tomax.com/signin.
- Try signing in another way (for example, choose Use your remote).
- try to use a different onecompatible browser(Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge ou Safari).
- Enter your TV code atmax.com/signinon your computer instead of your phone (or vice versa).
Wi-Fi link (on some devices)
Choose this option if your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
On your phone or tablet:
- If you're not already signed in, open Max on your phone or tablet andbegin session. Keep the Max app open and active.
- No Max, ElijaBegin session.
